I have been looking at buying a new house recently and its certainly a stressfull experience to go through. There are not many house transactions that go through 100% effortlessly so it pays to have a real estate onside that you trust and can help you through the process.

I have found over the years that there are good real estate agents and there are not so good ones, so do your research and try to find one that has a good history and preferably is recommended to you by someone that you trust.
